We offer an integrated health care service that recognizes and responds to the whole person from physical to social to psychological needs.  In addition to primary care services, we offer social services, counseling, parenting and pregnancy education, mid-wives, HIV/AIDS treatment and outreach, and programs that focus on chronic illnesses that are extremely prevalent among our patients like diabetes, asthma and obesity self-management, to name a few.
